Focus Flow is made by Xiron Studio. For anything in this policy — a question, a request, a complaint — write to abdullahtanveer008@gmail.com and a human will answer.
The app is built to work without a server. The following is written to local storage on your phone and is never uploaded by us:
Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can also clear the app's storage from Android's settings at any time.

Not collected at all: your name, address book, photos, location, advertising ID, or the content of the apps you block. The Drift Interceptor checks which app is in front of you so it can cover it — that check happens on the device and is not recorded or sent anywhere.
Every one of these can be refused or revoked in Android settings. Refusing microphone or Drift Interceptor turns off those features; the rest of the app keeps working.
This page and the app page are static HTML. There is no analytics script, no tracking pixel, no cookie set by us and no sign-up form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the Google Play badge from Google's servers, so those requests reach Google with your IP address and browser details, as any web request does.
On-device data stays until you delete it, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Text sent for step-splitting is processed to answer that request and is not kept as a record tied to you. Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics on its standard schedule (up to 90 days). Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for as long as they need them for billing, refunds and tax.
If you want anything associated with your app installation removed from those services, email abdullahtanveer008@gmail.com and say so. Because there is no account, we may ask for the purchase order ID to find the right records.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export data about you, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Most of what Focus Flow holds is already in your hands: it is on your phone, and Pro users can export their session history as a CSV from the Patterns screen. For anything else, write to the address above.
Where the GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: performing the service you asked for (step-splitting, purchases) and legitimate interest in keeping the app stable (crash reports). Speech recognition happens at your request, when you hold the mic.
The handful of things that leave your phone are handled by providers in the United States and other countries outside the UK and EEA — Supabase and the AI model provider behind step-splitting, Google for crash reports and fonts, and RevenueCat and Google Play for purchases. Where a transfer out of the UK or EEA is involved, it relies on the standard contractual clauses those providers publish in their own terms.
Focus Flow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and it will be removed.
If the app starts doing something new with data, this page changes before that ships, and the "last updated" date at the top moves. Material changes will also be called out in the app.
